I'm trying to get a refund from tickets I purchased pre-Covid and never had the option to get a refund. With the virus still running rampant I tried to contact someone to discuss the issue and there is no phone number that still works or email that gives more than an automated answer. Awful customer service and I'm embarrassed to be a music fan that has to support them because there is no other option.
