Contacted Dyson for repairing my airwrap and gave them the details at the time of complain - Dyson sent a courier to pick it up and have it repaired and sent back. Once it reached them, they have sent me an email saying it is counterfeit and not there product. Now they will not return my air wrap nor will they refund me the amount.Unprofessional and thieves. User's recommendation: DOnt Trust Dyson.
