Regarding my travel information

My flight got cancel without my request and when I try to call customer service to figure it out and to find other olternativ flight I was waiting for almost 3h on the phone and at the and got disconnected. This is so unprofessional and covid is because great tool and great excuse for this awful customer servicHi
