I called customer service. After three weeks calling and being on hold for hours or being dropped I emailed customer service. The rep told me to call customer service or go to a local branch. I am now on the east coast where no local branches exist. After several emails trying to explain the dilemma, she continued to reiterate her previous instruction. I asked to have a senior call me also without success. Appears the only solution is to shift to a new bank with better customer service. It's a shame the After three decades of service from National United Bank, I had hoped the Bancorpsouth acquisition could have resulted in the same level of great service.
