Continual Problems with Spectrum

They lost my cancellation order. Sold me service at new location, a package that doesn't exist. Every person I speak to contradicts the previous person I spoke to and passes the buck on resolving the issue. About 12 hours of my own time invested. Issues still not resolved. User's recommendation: Think long and hard about doing business with this company.
