Worst Customer Service of my life

ordered a cat back exhaust and cat converter. I get asked for a few verification details. I then get told my order is off hold and will be shipped soon. I then get an email asking for picture proof of my ID and my CREDIT CARD. UHHHMMMMM NO, I will not give pictures of my ID and Credit card WTF. I then get told it will take 3-5 business days just to get it canceled and that cancellation isnt always guranteed. Was told that the order wasn't processed when the website literally say *Processed(checkmark)*. Been lied to hung up on and told the exact same answer for 30 different questions. User's recommendation: NO DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
