They missed my missed appointment

AB made a appointment with me on Saturday July19, 2021 between 1230 and 230 pm. AB confirmed my appointment with a phone call that morning. NO one showed or called to say why no response. I waited Monday - NO SHOW again. I called Tuesday July 22 and waited 45 minutes - NO ANSWER. I called AGAIN Wednesday July 23, 2021 at 7pm was told 50 min - waited 1 hr 25 minutes. Then got a very rude personTRYt
