To get back to me..

I get a new Hisense tv. that comes with 1 year warranty at Hisense tv company in Lagos Nigeria.. I havent used it for 2 month is start having a backlight issue.. it was fixed for me and still having the same issues.. seen an under a warranty I should get a new one back before over.. and I was told at the Hisense tv company here it cant be change.. and that not possible I should get a new one back
