Delayed delivery as committed

I experienced with ordering stuff via Lazada, your delivery commitment was 13-August. The delivery status was reported that stuff delivered at warehouse nearby my location since 5am on 11-August. On 12 - August, I called Lazada Call Center but nothing help as the call center and Logistic are working independent, no communication to each other. On 13-August, called again to follow up, but dud not help anything. Finally, 6:16pm on 13-August, got e-mail from Lazada to apology of this delay. This is not what I expected, if you have foreseen any delay, you must not commit. As I already planned to use my stuff. You can check my order ref 422458****53177. I think, your logistic and transportation team had a big problem. Thanks User's recommendation: I afraid that is not convince me recommend you for future.
