Not receiving a section of my furniture and how it is being handled

I purchased a $6,000 section back in Feb, and now it is almost June and I have yet to receive the left arm ottoman. I've called numerous of time to speak with my representative, as well as the manager. No one seems to get back to me. I am writing this review, not only upset about not receiving my furniture, but the team not getting back to me in a timely manner about this issue. It seems as if the staff is avoiding my calls and that means to me that they do not care. This will be the last time I'm doing business with this company.
