Waiting 3 months for my oven to be reapired

I had a technician come out on the 28 November 2020...to date I have been without an oven and have had no contact with them until I called last week Wednesday and was told the part is arriving on Thursday,,, and I would be contacted by Rajen on Friday...I sent him a voice note and have again had no reply....NEVER RELY ON DEFYNever User's recommendation: Never buy Defy.
