It will not engage gears, wont move. It has been at S&W Honda in Jasper, AL for a month. They keep telling me they are contacting Honda and Honda hasnt returned their calls. Either S&W is lying or Honda doesnt understand what customer service is beyond selling equipment out the door. Let me reiterate; it has been a month. User's recommendation: Don’t rely on Honda Powersports beyond selling you expensive equipment.
