We received an email notice Saturday July 24, 2021 that tells us that an order of $306.28 for 3 bookcases WAS DELIVERED. The bookcases WERE NOT DELIVERED. Where did ORTHOSOURCE INC deliver the bookcases? They certainly did NOT deliver to 5804 Rainbow Springs Drive, Chattanooga, Tn. 37416. I have sent three notices about the non-delivery. Each time I receive a reply email that tells me ORTHOSOURCE will respond within 48 hours. Thus far, we have not heard from this delivery service. Where are the bookcases?
