Irritated with customer service

I purchased a bra (36B) and received the item, however it did not fit. When I measured the product found that it was a 30 mislabeled, When I reached customer service they had me provide photos along with a tape measure showing the bra was misized. Even after verifying it was their error, I still had to pay to return product. User's recommendation: buy undergarments from Kohls.
