Ordered a custom order of Sourdough Jack and regular fries. When I got home, I saw they messed up both parts of the order. I called and they told me to come back and they would make it proper. When I went back, the sandwich was prepared properly, but the sourdough bun was practically burned to a very dark brown color and was unappetizing. They can't see that when they're packaging it up? At this point, I give up. User's recommendation: Unless you want to return back multiple times, to get it done right, don't order.
