Uninformed customer service agent
I have a refund pending in the form of a certificate. I called to ask the status of it, all the agent could tell me is "7-10 business day" which I could get from the website. Doesn't matter if I have a reference number for the refund. Any question I asked, it's "I'm sorry, I don't know." What's the point of calling the airline for anything. So low and uninformed compared to other airlines I've deal with. User's recommendation: Avoid Alaska airline if possible.
