Want to renew MT On Demand

All I want to do is renew my motor trend on-demand subscription. In the account information section on the motor trend on-demand app, there is only an area for my username and password, all of the account information is blanked out. After two minutes online with my phone trying to get assistance, all I got was options. This customer service number that you provide is absolutely useless.
