Complaint was handled swiftly and correctly. My mother is 97 years ago and she sold her car several months ago. Im sure she didnt think or realize she had towing service through Allstate. She received a bill for this service and hasnt had a car or driven in several months. I call in and talked to your rep. She realized the situation and canceled the bill and closed her account.
