Cancelled home delivery but they are still delivering and billing me
Called Dispatch on Nov. 3 to cancel home delivery and followed a prompt to have someone call back rather than wait on the phone until next rep was available. Received call back within 10 minutes and the rep said I was paid thru Nov. 12 and removed my credit card on file to avoid future charges and said my subscription had been cancelled. On Nov 9th I get a renewal notice by mail telling me my subscription is about to expire on Nov. 12 and options on payment plans to renew. The paper continues to be delivered and on Nov.17 I get a call from Dispatch saying I owe $17 and they won't cancel my subscription until I pay the $17 "ransom" for papers delivered after Nov.12. I'm calling Dispatch customer service tomorrow and BBB if I can't resolve the issue.
