Non deliveries and incomplete editions when paper is delivered

1

I have been having constant delivery problems with current carrier since around July/August of 2020 to current January 2021. Every week there has been at least one to three days of non-delivery. When complaints are made to customer service, you are told your account will be credited for the missed days...that doesn't give you a paper to read that day....you have to go out and buy one if you want one. Carriers should be responsible for delivering missed papers to the customer, maybe then they won't be non-delivery issues. When I called into the Dispatch and complained to customer service and requested to speak to a supervisor, during the course of conversation the supervisor kept making excuses for the carrier and hung up on me when I said there was no excuse for the carrier to continue to non deliver my paper over this long period of time. I've requested to speak to a route manager more than once who promised to correct the problem and speak to the carrier. Well, now the carrier delivers the paper, but takes sections out and I get incomplete papers. Why is the carrier allowed to continue to perform in this manner? c User's recommendation: Demand better response to your delivery problems and you not be the one to bear the results of non delivery.
