Delivery of paper.

I have to call the Customer Service number literally 5 out of 7 days a week because our paper is either not delivered or it is after 9 am or 10am after I call that it is delivered. Have been receiving the Columbus Dispatch for many years, and very seldom had issues with the delivery. Now, in the last few months it has all gone to *** Their customer service sucks! I have even written a letter to them explaining in detail my problem and they have not responded by any means. Why is their such a problem with my Paper being delivered every morning to me. I am paying for a service that you are not delivering!!! You are doing a horrible job, and I rate you with ZERO STARS!! . User's recommendation: Buy your paper at your local corner store if you want to enjoy reading it with your coffee in the morning instead of before bedtime.
