The Late Fees Charges

Comenity-Lending is charging me late fees every other month saying my payments are late. I mailed my payments 7days before the due date. I have three accounts each month I have to call to say how much to put on each accounts. One person will say I will take care of it and don't. So again I'm calling 3-4 times a month back sometimesthree
