Taking way way to long to repair trailer

4 months and still waiting. My sister is also having the same problem there. There should be somewhere we can complain that repairs take so long. Now I wished I would have let my insurance company advise me where to go. I thought Gander RV would have been faster than the insurance co. I am SHOCKED! Not happy. Ruined two upcoming trips for us. Hearing won't be fixed til June or July. User's recommendation: Do not buy there. Ask about past break ins at storage units nearby.
