2/16/2021 we made a purchase at Walgreens, 3480 N. Academy, Colorado Springs and tried to return an item that was on our debit card, and it was deducted from our bank account on 2/17/2021. They refused to take it back saying it's not in their system, we had a receipt. We took the item to Walgreens at 6075 Barnes Rd. and they gave us a credit to our debit card without any issues. Somebody needs to follow up with the incompetent manager. User's recommendation: All consumers.
