Customer service misses

My home is in California but theyre hours are 8-5 EST! We can never get a hold of them. And if you do any changes to your policy they cant do it right away. Since we bought our home, we got a new insurance with a reputable company, and immediately canceled, but I can never get a hold of them. Wait Times on the phone are a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes. A good insurance is the one you need when you need them. Im not sure this company would be available. They are a cheaper price for a reason. User's recommendation: Go elsewhere.
