Update by user Aug 17, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After posting the negative review, the company contacted me a gave me a full refund. I would suggest that they make getting a refund easier than having to post a negative review.. Original review updated by user Aug 16, 2021 I used getaroom.com for a recent stay in Orland Park, IL. When I had to leave early, the hotel told me that because I had booked my room through getaroom.com I had to contact them for a refund on my unused days. The company's automated phone tree does not have a place...
