I called last week on Monday 26th April and placed an order for internet at our new house, I called again on Thursday as had no call and a lady found my order from my passport number, she said she would mark it urgent. When I called again on Friday they had no record of my order and said I would have to go to a shop. I went in and they could not find any record of me or my order. A friend called today and made a new order for me. Please dont charge me twice
