They sent me a T-Mobile card and I do not get no service for T-Mobile in my area there is no towers for it went to sprint store three different times hour and 15 minutes theyre hour and 15 minutes that back spent eight hours and had to go back to the old sprint Sim card for my phone to even work no one caught it until I finally got one guy that understood and he put in the right Sim card for me very mad person
