Failed Keyboard – Dire Warranty Support

I purchased a Logitech Slim Folio Pro keyboard direct from Apple in August 2020 following very favorable reports from other purchasers, and a 2 year warranty - wrong! It failed in mid October and I entered their Warranty claim system. Despite a number of lengthy phone calls, various attempts at online diagnosis and resets, uncounted Emails in both directions. Their last message on 3 December indicated that a replacement had been agreed and that I should await a further confirmation, I'm still waiting. The product when it worked was very good, their product support is the worst I have ever encountered, if I had to describe it in one word it would be profane. User's recommendation: Be wary.
