Update by user Feb 02, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Had to threaten calling their corporate offices and filing a complaint with my state attorney general to get the issue to be resolved.. Update by user Feb 02, 2021 Finally received the replacement on January 25, 2021. I overall regret every dealing with the Logitech website or customer support. The stress from the whole ordeal and time wasted was not worth it in the end. I wish I had just gone with a different brand that cares...
