The WORST customer support EVER!!!!

Update by user Oct 15, 2020 They take days to respond, will NOT let you talk to them, they do not fully read your complaint, and their K800 keyboard is defective...I returned 2, and finally bought an Apple keyboard! Original review posted by user Sep 15, 2020 Wasted 45 min with online support and the issue was not resolved! User's recommendation: ONLYBUY LOGITECH IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE!
