Mouse has stopped working

I purchased a logitech mouse (M170 model) from D.A technologies located on Lamington Road on 6 th February 2020. It stopped working on 25th September 2020. As the mouse has warranty of 3 years i went to its customer care, also located on lamington road. The two lady representatives were extremely rude and were making sily excuses not to replace it. They use very harsh and unwomanlike language to turn away customers
