I bought a Libman roller mop some months ago, handle with mop head already attached. From the first time trying to use it, after one roller use for rinse, the head comes off. Every time. I have tried countless times to put it back on andit still comes off. I watched online videos over and over about attaching mop head-still comes off. So, not happy about spending over $15 on a mop, I still went and bought a new mop head thinking it would make a difference and it does the same thing. To return item for replacement is ridiculous as the shipping fee costs as much as another mop that won't work. I am fed up with companies selling products which especially since pandemic are overpriced pieces of crap. I would like someone with your company to solve my problem that will not cost me more money.
