Refund of my canceled flight

My flight with a stopover by Alitalia on 3/04/21 was canceled without a given reason and Alitalia told me that I have to receive a refund for the total flight. I bought this flight on the Travel2be (Travelgenio) website which sent me an email on 19/03 with a link accessing a "my trip" page but unrelated to a reimbursement request page. Since 27/03 I have sent several emails to the address customer.service@***.com. but the company drives me crazy and it is impossible to contact them.
