No product/poor communication

We ordered a guitar from Reverb and never received our product. Communication between me and the Reverb team was terrible. I never could call and talk to anyone directly about shipping information. The seller himself never replied to any of my messages. After a month they refunded my money but never told me why. I would not recommend buying from them. Very poor communication. User's recommendation: Do not buy from them.
