I bought 3 sets of tickets from AsapTickets. The Pandemic happened and Airlines cancelled my parents flight. I called the number I was told to asked for a Refund. I have been promised that I will get the money back. The tickets were bought last August 2019, and 2020 of March when flights were cancelled. We are already year 2021 but At this moment, I never get any feedback regarding the refund. When the problem is very simple. The Airlines cancelled the flight, refund should have been given, if not right away, at least 3 months after. I even paid ticket protection.But AsapTickets are a Fraud! User's recommendation: Do not buy tickets from AsapTickets.
