Question about an email from them

I received an email from Duolingo regarding participating in a survey and wanted to check with them about the legitimacy of the email. But I was unable to get in touch with Duolingo any which way except through this platform. According to Pissedconsumer, my message was delivered, but I never got a reply from Duolingo so I still don't have an answer. User's recommendation: Don't bother asking Duolingo anything, they won't answer you.
