The pack was allmost as hard to open as the crackers were...have bought them twice now thinking the hard crackers were just a overbaked mistake...cheese is great...to bad the crackers are so hard....makes the whole product nasty to eat....like chewing a peice of wood....and the packs are so hard to open its just STUPID.....sorry but if you cant do better im gonna go buy some other brand....who ever is giving you any kind of a good remark on your cheese crackers is wacko...ok User's recommendation: Bring a rock crusher to crush the hard crackers and a crowbar to open the pack.
