Tired of waiting, and even more tired of being told the exact same excuse everytime I call to ask about it

I ordered and paid for a replacement cell phone, because qlink upgraded to 5g phone service and they said the phone I had would no longer work on their network, so I ordered and paid for one of their $20 replacement phones, this was April 7, 2021; as of the date on this complaint, I still have not received my new phone, I'm also waiting on the new tablet they were going to send out to me as part of the EBB program. Still absolutely nothing User's recommendation: Purchase your phone someplace other than qlink Wireless, just make sure it's compatible with their network.
