Couldn’t get a refund.

I contacted AVAST customer service about a charge for automatic renewal for their software. It took weeks of back and forth with their customer service for them to finally tell me that their policy won't allow them to issue a refund after 30 days...by the time I got the notice from my credit card company questioning the charge, apparently too much time had gone by. I would NEVER buy their software again! User's recommendation: Don't buy if there is a chance that you'll cancel...and don't use automatic renewals.
