I got a notice that my registration renewal had a flag on it (bad) because someone at my Agents office made a typo on my VIN no. and it says my insurance coverage is in question. I have called and emailed my agents office and customer service (they tell me they cannot do anything for me, they cannot change the wrong number/letter as it should be, the agent has to do that) trouble is no one can get through to them. My renewal is coming up and I need this ERROR corrected so what am I suppose to do? User's recommendation: get anyone except ERIE for your insurance.
