I paid for premium but it is showing free

Case number 1553**** I paid for premium again this year as Ive been a continue customer for years and last year I had to go through this same process where my license should be renewed I get a bill from Apple it shows that Ive paid through the app and yet my service goes to free even though Ive paid the $36 I need to have this fixed now its been a full day and I just receive no calls or emails back after putting in a support ticket
