Online inventory is never accurate

d AvoDon't know why I still go to this store. Just today - drove about 1/2 hour pick up a NMEA2000 T-connector. Online inventory said they had one. Didn't call ahead because previous experience is they can never find small electronics parts like this. But no joy - they couldn't find the part and said they thought they didn't have one. The associate helping me said the online system was "garbage" although he used it to tell me another store 1 hour away had the part. Ended up going further afield to BOW who solved my problem as usual. The User's recommendation: Avoid West Marine.
