I need help.

I need to talk to a real LIVE person! My package was returned to Kohls and not delivered to me. My address is correct. All I get is a recording telling me my order is complete. I tried Chat, but you have to sign up and pay for a membership with some sort of chat company. User's recommendation: Don’t expect help.
