I sent a Louis Vuitton in its real box and I have put it into a cardboard box taped.When the customer opend it she didnt find the real Louis Vuitton orange box and she noticed that it has been opened.This is the first tim it happened such a terribly thing to me because I made a bad impression , but the customer realized that it was not my fault.Now Iwould like to have the problem solved. Moreover I must try to find another Louis Vuitton box and send it to her, but I Do not WANT TO PAY THE COSTS OF DELIVERY
