No reason why my short term claim paid only for 2 weeks, called daily 4 or 5x no assigned CSA only someone who says they have'nt received paper work from doc, and doc say they haven't received paper work from Sedgwick. Always new person at Sedgwick to assist you and the CSA is always rude n willing to say what need to do 4 pay now 2 mon no $$ User's recommendation: orovide designated case worker to assist.
