Yes i need my money back as its your fault that i did not receive my confirmation id in time
I did a booking few days back and the money has been deducted from my account but at that time i didn't get any confirmation id. So i thought that the Money will be refunded back. But till today nothing has happened , i called the customer care all together nearing 8 times today but every time i make call they are putting me onhold. But not responding properly
