The app is not working they’re not refunding me what I need to be refunded and nobody is like taking care of this

I did not get my sign on bonus like I was told on TV I've been sending emails forever and their app is not working and I've been trying to contact somebody but nobody's answering my receipts say I'm supposed to get $20 back I'm not getting anything I'm not receiving anything they're just a bunch of BS
