II have had the same experiences with nit being able to access my account

I have had the same issues as other reviewers. I changed my phone number and could not access my account. Kept sending emails to Quadpay. They just kept sending me the same stupid script that still did not give me access. Then I just tried setting up a new account. But, now I get message that I do not qualify even though I already had an account and all my previous payments were made. I just tried again today to see if I could get these issues resolved before reading the other reviews. With this poor level of customer service, how are they even still in business? Has anyone gotten help?
