On hold to speak to someone at Delta (180********) for over 2 hours and counting. How does this happen? If they cant handle the customers that worries me about their capabilities to handle the planes. I like Delta but this is concerning to me, abd honestly, quite disappointing. User's recommendation: Get your flght in ordee during booking because customer service for me was non-existant.
